{"id":52,"date":"2026-08-09T17:13:25","date_gmt":"2026-08-09T17:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biophest.org\/index.php\/necrosis-institucional\/"},"modified":"2026-09-18T13:52:29","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T13:52:29","slug":"necrosis-institucional","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biophest.org\/index.php\/necrosis-institucional\/","title":{"rendered":"NECROSIS INSTITUCIONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NECROSIS INSTITUCIONAL, CULTURAL Y MEDIOAMBIENTAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"335\" src=\"https:\/\/biophest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/necrosis-cultural-post-culture.1-1-1024x335.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/biophest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/necrosis-cultural-post-culture.1-1-1024x335.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/biophest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/necrosis-cultural-post-culture.1-1-300x98.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/biophest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/necrosis-cultural-post-culture.1-1-768x251.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/biophest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/necrosis-cultural-post-culture.1-1-1536x502.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/biophest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/necrosis-cultural-post-culture.1-1.jpeg 1654w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La degradaci\u00f3n humana y profesional de Honevo, el racismo institucional de la censura institucional de nuevos lenguajes art\u00edsticos, como la danza bi\u00f3nica y la explotaci\u00f3n comercial de la escenograf\u00eda del Bionic Festival desde la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, sin querer mencionar a este proyecto tras haberlo programado varios a\u00f1os, expone un comportamiento psicop\u00e1tico por parte de las m\u00e1ximas autoridades culturales de la Comunidad de Madrid, una necrosis institucional, donde la cultura se convierte en centro de violaciones p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TEATROS DEL CANAL, LA DIRECCI\u00d3N GENERAL DE INDUSTRIAS CREATIVAS Y LA CONSEJER\u00cdA DE CULTURA CENSURAN EL BIONIC FESTIVAL <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pol\u00e9mica sobre la censura del Bionic Festival en los Teatros del Canal responde a una denuncia p\u00fablica por invisibilizaci\u00f3n, maltrato institucional y vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos de autor por parte de la direcci\u00f3n del centro de artes esc\u00e9nicas m\u00e1s importante dependiente de la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de que el festival de artes esc\u00e9nicas interbiol\u00f3gicas celebr\u00f3 con \u00e9xito sus ediciones de 2022 y 2023 en estas instalaciones, la Direcci\u00f3n de Teatros del Canal, la Direcci\u00f3n General de industrias creativas de la Comunidad de Madrid y la Consejer\u00eda de Cultura de la Comunidad de Madrid de manera deliberada, se han negado a mencionar este proyecto realizando un borrado sistem\u00e1tico de su huella digital oficial, mientras se ha hecho un uso ileg\u00edtimo de su escenograf\u00eda durante 3 a\u00f1os consecutivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invisibilizaci\u00f3n web: Acusan a la direcci\u00f3n de los teatros de eliminar y omitir de forma deliberada cualquier menci\u00f3n al Bionic Festival y a Honevo en la p\u00e1gina web oficial del espacio, ignorando las reiteradas peticiones de los artistas para figurar en el hist\u00f3rico de programaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vulneraci\u00f3n de copyright y uso no autorizado de la escenograf\u00eda del Bionic Festival durante 2022, 2023 y 2024: Los dise\u00f1os escenogr\u00e1ficos m\u00f3viles de Honevo han sido utilizados para promocionar comercialmente otros espect\u00e1culos de taquilla ajenos al Bionic Festival (como Madrid en Danza o el Festival de Oto\u00f1o), sin contar con autorizaci\u00f3n previa ni formalizar contratos de explotaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00edmenes de odio contra Honevo en Teatros del Canal: Agresiones hom\u00f3fobas delante de estudiantes universitarios en el centro cultural p\u00fablico m\u00e1s importante de la Comunidad de Madrid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amenazas de denuncias por solicitar la menci\u00f3n del Bionic Festival: Coacciones y amenazas telef\u00f3nicas con denuncias millonarias por parte de funcionarios p\u00fablicos de la Comunidad de Madrid a entidades culturales independientes. Posible multi-prevaricaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1ximos cargos de la consejer\u00eda de cultura de la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsables Pol\u00edticos &#8211; Se\u00f1alamiento p\u00fablico a los responsables: Altos cargos de la gesti\u00f3n cultural madrile\u00f1a, incluyendo a Marta Rivera de la Cruz, Mariano de Paco Serrano, Blanca Li, Aintzane Conesa y Ruperto Merino como banda coordinada de multi-abusos, maltrato institucional e incumplimiento de sus mandatos p\u00fablicos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constituci\u00f3n de un modelo de gesti\u00f3n de &#8220;Proxenetismo Cultural&#8221;, donde a los artistas, entidades culturales y proyectos art\u00edsticos sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, se les trata como inmigrantes ilegales o prostitutas, a los que se silencia, explota y coacciona. Funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica degenerada y violadora de los derechos humanos, de los derechos de los ciudadanos a conocer por los canales oficiales los proyectos de la programaci\u00f3n oficial y degradaci\u00f3n e inseguridad jur\u00eddica del valor de la propiedad privada y de la propiedad intelectual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube
