{"id":7,"date":"2026-08-09T17:13:25","date_gmt":"2026-08-09T17:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biophest.org\/index.php\/historia\/"},"modified":"2026-09-18T13:44:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T13:44:44","slug":"historia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biophest.org\/index.php\/historia\/","title":{"rendered":"HISTORIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-a4866f420a74b1dac802131a45642720 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HISTORIA DE BIOPHEST MATADERO MADRID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-palette-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-955b737df8ab9cf1cc087a9253dd3c40 wp-block-paragraph\">Una historia de presunto <strong>DOLO INSTITUCIONAL<\/strong>, por Jose Luis Ramos Romo, Marta Rivera de la Cruz, Ruperto Merino, Mariano de Paco Serrano y Aintzane Conesa, con la complicidad de Aimar Arriola, Eva F Cort\u00e9s y Elena P\u00e1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Historia de BioPhest se remonta a mayo del a\u00f1o 2022, cuando el artista HONEVO, mantuvo una reuni\u00f3n en el Ayuntamiento de Madrid con JOSE LUIS RAMOS ROMO, para intentar que el ayuntamiento apoyase alg\u00fan proyecto de Biomima como el Bionic Festival , talleres con plantas o performances de danza bi\u00f3nica, una nueva danza interbiol\u00f3gica nacida en Madrid, que une a artistas y plantas. En aquella reuni\u00f3n Honevo cont\u00f3 a JOSE LUIS RAMOS ROMO varios proyectos biof\u00edlicos, que Biomima quer\u00eda organizar enfocados en realizar talleres con plantas y acercar el mundo bot\u00e1nico a la ciudadan\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de paneles multidisciplinares de artistas y cient\u00edficos, activistas y dise\u00f1adores y performances de danza bi\u00f3nica, ampliando el Bionic Festival, sin embargo, nunca fue posible realizar espect\u00e1culos interbiol\u00f3gicos ni talleres con plantas en CENTRO CENTRO, MATADERO MADRID o CONDE DUQUE, porque seg\u00fan sus distintas direcciones no hab\u00eda espacio para realizar el Bionic Festival ni inter\u00e9s alguno en indagar en las actividades biof\u00edlicas e interbiol\u00f3gicas planteadas por Biomima con el mundo bot\u00e1nico como protagonista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, en cuanto JOSE LUIS RAMOS ROMO fue nombrado director de Matadero Madrid por el Alcalde, bajo la concejal\u00eda de cultura dirigida por Marta Rivera de la Cruz se lanz\u00f3 Biophest excluyendo a Biomima, el Bionic Festival y a Honevo de cualquier posible participaci\u00f3n en este proyecto, a pesar de este proyecto ser una copia desmejorada de los proyectos de Biomima. Siendo Honevo advertido de este plagio por parte de acad\u00e9micos de la Academia de Artes Esc\u00e9nicas de Espa\u00f1a y de artistas del Bionic Festival que expresaron su incredulidad de no ser Honevo quien organizase Biophest por sus claras similitudes con los proyectos de Biomima y el Bionic Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La historia de Biophest es una historia continuada de abusos, censura, greenwashing y fascismo institucional, donde artistas, asociaciones culturales y proyectos de transici\u00f3n verde son excluidos, discriminados, censurados y posteriormente copiados desde los cargos p\u00fablicos que supuestamente deber\u00edan velar por la seguridad jur\u00eddica de los registros de propiedad intelectual y de la dignidad profesional y humana del tejido cultural de Madrid. Una historia de necrosis cultural, de necrosis institucional y de necrosis medioambiental, donde los proyectos verdes van a ser violados por funcionarios p\u00fablicos, que van a intentar luego copiar INSTITUCIONAL <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dolo institucional se refiere a la intenci\u00f3n, conocimiento o aceptaci\u00f3n delictiva que se gestiona y manifiesta a trav\u00e9s de las din\u00e1micas, pol\u00edticas y decisiones de una organizaci\u00f3n o instituci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la mente psicol\u00f3gica de un solo individuo. Estos actos delictivos se realizan a sabiendas de que con ello se causa un da\u00f1o o se infringe la ley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el caso de la programaci\u00f3n del Bionic Festival y Biomima en Teatros del Canal, la explotaci\u00f3n comercial sin contrato, pago ni menci\u00f3n oficial al autor de la escenograf\u00eda de dise\u00f1o de este proyecto (Honevo) ni menci\u00f3n oficial al Bionic Festival y Biomima a pesar de haber sido programado, por parte de la Consejer\u00eda de Cultura de la Comunidad de Madrid y de Teatros del Canal, y el posterior intento de plagio de los proyectos de Biomima, incluido el Bionic Festival, por parte del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, implica la participaci\u00f3n activa de Marta Rivera de la Cruz ( Consejera de Cultura de la Comunidad de Madrid y Concejala de Cultura de Madrid), Mariano de Paco ( Director de Gesti\u00f3n de Teatros del Canal y Consejero de Cultura de la Comunidad de Madrid), Ruperto Merino, Aintzane Conesa y Jose Luis Ramos Romo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se programan proyectos para explotarlos y estudiarlos, para luego censurarlos, para luego amenazarlos y posteriormente intentar copiarlos, en un circuito institucional de abusos que parece no tener fin. Los pol\u00edticos implicados en estas pr\u00e1cticas se escudan en las instituciones para actuar con total impunidad, siendo un juicio contencioso administrativo in\u00fatil, por nombrar la instituci\u00f3n denunciada a un representante legal, y sea cual sea el veredicto, los pol\u00edticos implicados en los posibles multi-delitos de prevaricaci\u00f3n no ser responsables directos por escudarse en la instituci\u00f3n, y ser esta la culpada en caso de una sentencia firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El problema surge cuando en el ordenamiento jur\u00eddico de Espa\u00f1a, el concepto de &#8220;dolo institucional&#8221; no existe de manera formal o expl\u00edcita, y normalmente este conjunto de delitos se acaban resolviendo por la v\u00eda penal: Prevaricaci\u00f3n Administrativa y Corrupci\u00f3n. El equivalente penal m\u00e1s claro al dolo institucional cometido por autoridades o funcionarios es el delito de prevaricaci\u00f3n (art\u00edculo 404 del C\u00f3digo Penal), que no resuelve tampoco la gravedad de la actuaci\u00f3n de un conjunto de funcionarios en distintas administraciones de manera coordinada y continuada en el tiempo para causar un da\u00f1o a un individuo, entidad y a la ciudadan\u00eda en su conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es por ello que la denuncia m\u00e1s efectiva es la denuncia pol\u00edtica para destapar los abusos coordinados de distintas autoridades de manera continuada en el tiempo, la denuncia p\u00fablica de malas pr\u00e1cticas, de abusos, vulneraciones de copyright, amenazas y plagio institucional descarado y continuado. La especial impunidad que gozan los pol\u00edticos en el \u00e1mbito de la cultura para desarrollar dolos institucionales es especialmente preocupante porque convierte a la cultura institucional en un ecosistema donde la prevaricaci\u00f3n se convierte en un acto cotidiano. El ejemplo de la censura institucional del Bionic Festival y Biomima, la vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos de autor reincidente de Honevo, y el posterior lanzamiento de Biophest para ocultar estas practicas abusivas es un ejemplo de como las m\u00e1ximas autoridades culturales de Madrid normalizan la negligencia, el abuso de poder y la tortura institucional a proyectos sociales y a artistas espa\u00f1oles, desde las propias instituciones que deber\u00edan defenderlos y servir a los ciudadanos de manera ejemplar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c16ee0df55ebe5eefa75e2203825f71b wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PROGRAMACI\u00d3N OFICIAL Y POSTERIOR CENSURA INSTITUCIONAL DEL BIONIC FESTIVAL, HONEVO Y BIOMIMA \/ EXPLOTACI\u00d3N COMERCIAL DE M\u00c1S DE UNA DOCENA DE REGISTROS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL DE MANERA REINCIDENTE DURANTE 3 A\u00d1OS\/ POSTERIOR PLAGIO DE LOS PROYECTOS DE BIOMIMA <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PLAGIO DE BIOMIMA Y DEL BIONIC FESTIVAL <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COPIA DEL NOMBRE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intento de copiar descarado, uniendo los nombres de Biomima y del Bionic Festival, aparece el nombre Biophest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COPIA DE LOS PROYECTOS DE BIOMIMA E INSPIRACI\u00d3N EN EL BIONIC FESTIVAL <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acad\u00e9micos han advertido del intento de copia a Biomima y el Bionic Festival por parte de Biophest Matadero Madrid, copia del nombre, copia de talleres con plantas, copia de expresiones de la web del Bionic Festival, y contrataci\u00f3n de colaboradores del Bionic Festival. Los proyectos que m\u00e1s inspiran a los gestores p\u00fablicos, son censurados, degradados y plagiados, intentando lastimar psicol\u00f3gicamente a los creadores de los proyectos a los que intentan copiar. Unas instituciones p\u00fablicas culturales degeneradas, depravadas, y pervertidas, que intentan replicar y falsificar las iniciativas que m\u00e1s les gustan, impidiendo que los ciudadanos conozcan las iniciativas originales y autenticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COPIA DE LA ESTRUCTURA DEL BIONIC FESTIVAL <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casualmente el proyecto Biophest se estructura con las siguientes actividades fundamentales: Charlas y debates, talleres pr\u00e1cticos e instalaciones y m\u00fasica. En este video de hace 10 a\u00f1os del Bionic Festival ya se plantean charlas y debates, talleres pr\u00e1cticos e instalaciones y m\u00fasica. Colaboraciones con coaches, profesores, activistas, m\u00fasicos, bailarines y artistas, un panel multidisciplinar en torno al mundo bot\u00e1nico y su interacci\u00f3n con las personas, un mosaico de actividades que ha ido evolucionando, y de donde Biophest Matadero Madrid ha copiado su estructura.
